A Note From Our VPs of Recruitment:

On behalf of the Recruitment Team and the members of Alpha Chi Omega here at IU, we are thrilled you are considering the Formal Recruitment process! It is an incredible, life-changing opportunity to which we credit our fondest memories.

The friendships I’ve formed in my time at Alpha Chi are simply incredible and unforgettable. We strive as a chapter each and every day to support one another academically, professionally, and personally. Without a doubt, we have established a bond that will undoubtedly carry on for the rest of our lives.

Here at Alpha Chi Omega (A Chi O) we hope that in this Recruitment journey you pursue the chapter where you feel happy, motivated, and genuinely loved like we do every day together. I can say from experience, there is no better feeling than that moment in recruitment when you realize you are home. We hope you can feel the same way after spending some time with the women of Alpha Chi Omega. To make the most of this experience just make sure to have fun, be yourself, and enjoy every minute of it! We look forward to seeing you in January!
